Making or Requesting an appointment with me means you have read this policy understand and agree to the terms and conditions. You may request services here. I will send Confirmations ASAP ….PLEASE do not assume you are booked. You must receive a confirmation from me to verify your service request is booked. PLEASE Please PLEASE READ READ Below READ entire Services Descriptions below and when selecting to book. READ the entire Policy Below Before Booking Required Deposit is Non-refundable.. REQUIRED DEPOSIT to book is NON-REFUNDABLE ****CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS******check back in March ‘23***** Thank you for you supporting 🙇🏾♀️ ***The Sisterlocks Package*** Consist of the consultation, the establishment and the follow-up/1st Reti. The 1st step is to book a consultation. My Sisterlock installs start at 1000 for up to 4 inches of natural hair. A quote will be given at consultation for specifically You. The quote is based on several factors but most importantly your hairs length and density. The 1st Reti/follow up (3-4 weeks after install) is included in the quoted package price given at the consultation. *** Micro Locs**** Microlocs install start at 600.00 full quote will be given at consultation. It dose not include the 1st Reti/follow up. I only do Interlocked Microlocs in the larger size, starting at 1/2 inch. I do not use any method other than interlocking to start Microlocs. ENTIRE POLICY Is BELOW Deposits are REQUIRED to schedule appointments and are deducted once I confirm your request. The deposit is non-refundable . In order to reschedule using the same deposit is to reschedule within the policy limits below. You must reschedule 48 hours or more prior to your appointment. ***VERY IMPORTANT *** contact me via text only at 510-469-7070 to request reschedule.Provide two possible dates and times showing currently availability on the Calendar when you select desired service***The deposit will be transferred to the new appointment .. after 48 hours prior to appointment you will forfeit the deposit and are required to pay a new deposit to schedule a new service appointment. Please be sure you are booking enough time for your service. Read the descriptions of each service. All appointments have a time limit and I must keep within those limits. Meaning appointment must end when the booked time is over even if I have not finished or completed the service. If unable to complete a Reti for instance during a regular Reti appointment which is 4 hours, you will have to schedule another appointment to complete the service. You can purchase or book 30 min and 60 min intervals anytime available. With or after original booked service. ***Respecting each other’s Time is important** My pace during your Services Reti’s are..MY PACE! I work as fast as possible but please realize each consultant works at there own pace whether considered fast or slow for the service. I am obligated to each customer I service. Each is given the allotted time booked. I do not run over into another customers time. I do not see more than 1 person in my shop at a time. Appointment are for up to the max number of hours. If you know you want a style after your Reti book a 30 or 60 min increment to allot enough time to complete the Reti and a style. I can not guarantee completion. But I as always will try and do my absolute best to complete your services. If your unsure how much time to book use the contact me link to briefly consult with me, I may be able to provide an estimate for you but I do not I repeat do not guarantee completion. I may run into unforeseen circumstances and require additional time. 1st time Transfer Reti’s especially contact me to discuss your services is suggested. ADDITIONAL POLICY 1.)The clock starts running on time and You will be charged beginning at the start time of the appointment, even if you are late. No-show or late cancellation fee apply in the form of your deposit being forfeited. You Must cancel at least 48 hours before appointment to avoid Forfeiting your deposit, 30 mins or more late is considered a no show. The appointment is cancelled if more than 30 mins late at my discretion, I may or may not have a tight window of time available and the deposit is forfeited No show fee is charged. The No-show/ cancellation fee which is equal to your deposit must be paid before a new appointment can be approved. 2.) I do not Wash hair or Locs. You must come with freshly washed hair, within 48 hours before appointment. 3.) Rescheduling is allowed with no additional deposit required if done 48 or more hours in advance. 4.) Rescheduling done with less than 48 hour notice, the deposit will be forfeited as the late cancelled appointments charge. For example the day before or even the morning of your appointment you have an emergency and need to cancel. The deposit amount will be forfeited .. 5.) you must leave a credit card information on file to use this site. It is a secure payment platform.. 6.)The Balance due for services are payable at the Appointment using, this platform, a debit/credit card or Zelle. 7.) I reserve to right to turn away for any reason I deem necessary. Example, dirty hair, rudeness, drunk, etc. I decide !! ************************************************ If you cancel your appointment you forfeit your deposit even if cancelled prior to 48 hours before scheduled appointment if you do not want to reschedule the appointment. Sisterlocks or Microlocs Install Deposit is only Transferable for 1year from initial booked date. It is a non-refundable Deposit. I also sell Sisterlocks products in the Studio and other hair accessories like Loc jewelry and hair ties.. My goal is to allow you a pleasant experience. I will approve your appointment request as soon as possible! Please arrive on time with freshly washed hair ready to get your Reti. Use Contact form to reach me with any questions.. Booking an appointment means you agree to the terms and conditions of the above policy. Remember the Deposit is Never Refundable. Therefore there is no Cancellation allowed. At this time You cannot reschedule directly on this app without my assistance. If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for unknown reasons. Cancellation Policy
I charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment . The deposit charged for services and required is the cancellation fee. Deposits are forfeited If any appointment is considered cancelled according to the Client/Provider POLICY.
